James, a Marine combat veteran, entrepreneur, real estate investor, and multifamily syndicator, has a robust background in underwriting real estate assets, market analysis, capital raising, sales, networking, and marketing. His real estate journey began in 2014 with his first home purchase, which he later transformed into a rental property. This experience sparked his passion for real estate and led him to leave his successful career as a Class A General Contractor to build a legacy for his wife, Lauren, and their four daughters.

As the Co-founder of All7Capital, James prioritizes his fiduciary responsibility to investors, which he views as the cornerstone of his success. Both he and Lauren, a Colorado Licensed RE Agent, are committed philanthropists, actively supporting Operation Underground and Springs Rescue Mission, and are dedicated to serving their community in various ways.
